Regular physical exercise, preferably taken outdoors, without the pressure of competition noticeably improves your general sense of well-being. It revitalizes the entire organism and strengthens the body’s natural immune defences.


It is particularly the stamina-increasing sports of medium exertion level that can reduce cholesterol and body weight, prevent heart attacks and strokes as well as improve our ability to cope with stress.

Daily: take the stairs instead of the lift; go by bike instead of by car.

Leisure time: Nordic walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, hiking, dancing.
