Kneipp Family is welcome to all Kneipp customers who are making purchases at one of our Kneipp® store locations and online at www.kneipp.com. Individuals over the age of 18 who have their permanent residence in the United States of America or legal entities based in that country are eligible to become members.
When you sign up for a Kneipp Family card, you are also creating an online account. After signing up for the Kneipp Family, simply log in to your account and begin shopping. Your 5% discount will be automatically applied in the shopping cart. There is a "Discount" section in the shopping cart where your savings will be reflected.
Your membership is free.
We will not overload your analog and digital mailbox – promise! However, you can opt out at any time by going to www.kneipp.com, Kneipp Family page and changing your user preference. You may opt in again at any time by re-registering at store or online.
Only one customer number is issued per person and per Card, so we merge any duplicate data. In each case the old data are deleted.
Any individual or legal entity can apply for a Kneipp Family Card. Each card is assigned a unique customer number. We do not issue second Cards with the same customer number.
If you register online you can begin using your savings immediately. The Kneipp Family savings is automatically applied in the shopping cart so there is nothing more for you to do! You will also receive the 5% discount in our Kneipp® stores with your customer number.
If you complete an application in the Kneipp® stores you will receive a physical card which you can use right away. However, the cards from the stores cannot be used online. You will have to create a new Kneipp Family account online by going through the easy registration process to create an online account.

After you have entered all the required data and completed the registration, your account will be set up.
After that, you can log into your online customer account at any time by entering the login data (customer number and your personal password).
What should I consider when choosing a password for my online customer account? You can freely choose your password and you can change it at any time. The password should not be easy for third parties to guess. Therefore avoid using words like your partner’s name or the name of your pet as your password. Please ensure that you protect the password and the Kneipp Family Card from access by unauthorized third parties. Anyone logging in using your data can for example place orders under your name.

As soon as your online customer account has been set up you can manage your data yourself and for example change your password.
