Kneipp Corporation of America, Inc. ("Kneipp") recognizes that your privacy is important.  This Kneipp Family Program Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we use the information we collect from you in connection with  your enrollment and participation with the Kneipp Family Program.  We collect such information from you in two ways: online (e.g. via our website and other electronic and digital means of communication) and offline (e.g., when you fill out paperwork or make purchases in one of our brick-and-mortar locations).

In order to administer the Kneipp Family Program, you may be asked to provide personal information such as:  (1) Name; (2) Home address and/or business address; (3) Home, business, or mobile telephone number; (4) email address(es); (5) credit, debit, or other payment account number and related information; and (6) date of birth.  In many cases you give information directly to us.  For example, you may be required to provide us personal information when: (1)  registering for the Kneipp Family Program;  (2) submitting a form or transmitting information by telephone to us; and (3) submitting payment information when making a purchase at one of our brick-and-mortar locations.  We may combine the information you provide with information we receive from you online, as well as with information we receive about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms and other third parties. If you submit any information to us relating to another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Policy.

Kneipp may disclose the information we collect from and about you as follows: (1 )Third Parties: We do not sell your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. (2) Legal Authorities: We may also disclose your information for legal reasons including to comply with a subpoena or court order, to cooperate with law enforcement, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
