In order to administer the Kneipp Family Program, you may be asked to provide personal information such as: (1) Name; (2) Home address and/or business address; (3) Home, business, or mobile telephone number; (4) email address(es); (5) credit, debit, or other payment account number and related information; and (6) date of birth. In many cases you give information directly to us. For example, you may be required to provide us personal information when: (1) registering for the Kneipp Family Program; (2) submitting a form or transmitting information by telephone to us; and (3) submitting payment information when making a purchase at one of our brick-and-mortar locations. We may combine the information you provide with information we receive from you online, as well as with information we receive about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms and other third parties. If you submit any information to us relating to another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Policy.
Kneipp, or its Service Providers, may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes: (1) to process your order and to contact you about your order as necessary; (2) to contact you with information about sales, promotions, and other special events; (3) to review the usage and operations of our stores and to improve our communications, products and services; (4) to address problems with our business or our products and services; and (5) as necessary to protect the security or integrity of the products and our business. We use and disclose your payment information only to process payments and to prevent fraud.
Kneipp may disclose the information we collect from and about you as follows: (1 )Third Parties: We do not sell your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information with affiliates, partners, and service providers to complete our business purposes. (2) Legal Authorities: We may also disclose your information for legal reasons including to comply with a subpoena or court order, to cooperate with law enforcement, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. (3) Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control: We may transfer your information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
