RETURN & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Kneipp® product, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase within 30 days, for a full money-back guarantee.

We respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If you cannot locate your receipt, we will happily provide you with merchandise credit for use, from the original point of purchase, based on the current price at the time of the return to use toward any of your favorite products, or you can exchange an item for the same value.

If you buy Kneipp® products from other sources outside of Kneipp.com or a Kneipp® stand-alone store, we regret that we cannot offer you our money back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems you may encounter.

Gift Sets: you may return our gift sets, but only as a whole with all products included and not the individual items within the set. Please note: all special offers that include a Gift with Purchase (product or accessory), we respectfully request the full parts, pieces and products be returned to be eligible for a full refund.

We will gladly accept returns not meeting your expectations at any time. Simply return your purchase with the receipt or original invoice to any of our locations or send the product by mail, shipping prepaid by you, the customer, to:

Before sending your return, you must contact customer service to initiate the return and receive a return authorization number.

ONLINE

Customers who purchase products from our Kneipp® website, Kneipp.com, may return products within 30 days of receipt by mail, shipping prepaid by you, the customer or to any of our freestanding Kneipp stores. Please contact customer support by email at info@kneipp-usa.com or by phone at 1.855.KNEIPPWORKS to initiate your return and receive a return shipping label, prepaid by you and deducted from your return. Please ensure the original receipt is included in the shipment to us at 2345 Vauxhall Road, Union NJ 07083, Attn: Ecommerce Purchase Return.  Kindly allow up to 21 business days for the return to be processed.

If you would like to ship your return on your own, you will need to first contact customer support to initiate the return. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. Upon our acceptance of your return, the price you paid for the product will be refunded to the original purchaser’s method of payment (i.e., we will only credit the credit card used to make the original purchase). Your original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Please note: During holiday time between November 15th – December 31st products may be returned within 45 days of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We regret that we do not ship outside the Continental U.S. at this time for orders placed at Kneipp®. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, The Bahamas or California.
